1. Customer Order

The customer defines their needs and submits detailed order information to the Fiyuva platform. At this stage, project scope, budget, delivery date, and special requirements are specified. Customers can easily place orders on the platform and clearly communicate all details. Once the order form is submitted, the system automatically starts filtering suitable freelancers.

2. Matching with Suitable Freelancer

The Fiyuva team carefully selects the most suitable freelancer based on the order requirements and assigns the project. The freelancer's expertise, past performance, client feedback, and availability are evaluated. With the help of the selection algorithm, the best match is made and the project is assigned successfully.

3. Project Development

The selected freelancer works diligently to complete the project according to the defined standards. Progress reports are provided regularly and the project is completed step by step. The freelancer delivers quality work within the given timeframe and performs interim checks when necessary. The project, developed according to technical standards, undergoes final checks before delivery.

4. Delivery to Fiyuva

The completed project is submitted by the freelancer to Fiyuva’s quality control team. At this stage, the project is thoroughly reviewed, requirements are checked, and technical standards are verified. The quality team evaluates whether the project meets customer expectations. Necessary adjustments are made and the project is prepared for client presentation.

5. Customer Approval

The project, having passed quality control, is presented to the customer and the approval process begins. The customer can review the project in detail, test it, and provide feedback. Continuous communication is maintained during this phase and all questions are answered. If the project meets expectations, approval is granted and the process proceeds to the next step.

6. Process Completion

With customer approval, the project is successfully completed and final delivery is made. If the customer does not approve, a revision process is initiated and necessary changes are made. In case of serious issues, a refund process is activated to ensure customer satisfaction. After project completion, ongoing support is provided and customer satisfaction is monitored.
